**Note: In order to have access to the Offline Mode, users first need to be logged into their accounts prior to entering a remote area with no cell phone service. The only feature that requires service are the Time Card Signatures. Users will not be able to sign their time cards if they don't have service.
The mobile apps are built with Offline Mode. Our automatic Offline Mode allows you to track time without service. Time entries, actions and GPS locations are saved and uploaded when back in range.
There will be a notification bar that reads "Offline" when a user doesn't have service.
Quick Tip: If you notice that the data has not made it to the server after being back in range, try hardclosing the app and reopening it. This makes the app resync with the server.
