**Note: Being able to change the password for an employee requires a specific permission level. Each user can reset their own passwords within their account settings. The default setting provides access to supervisors or managers, but not employees. Custom permission levels can be set as a Pro Feature.

Reset Your Password

  1. From your Main Menu, go to Settings
  2. Select "My Account"
  3. Select "Change Password"
  4. Enter the current password and add new and confirm new password
  5. Select "Done"

Note: If you cannot log into your account due to not remembering your password, use the "Forgot Password" link and enter the email address associated with your account. You will get an email to reset your password. If you get a message that reads, "Failed to Reset, Please Try Again" or "The email you provided was not associated with any accounts in busybusy," you will need to have an administrator, manager, or supervisor reset your password for you.

Change An Employees Password

  1. From your Main Menu, go to Employees
  2. Select the employee 
  3. Select "Details"
  4. Select "Change Password"
  5. Enter a new password and confirm
  6. Select "Done"

Tip: Passwords are case sensitive. Please be sure the employee is typing in the password exactly how you've created it.
