Note: This is a Pro Feature and can be enabled and disabled for any user. Custom permission levels can be set on the Pro version of busybusy. You need to have the ability to "Manage Employees for others with lower position" turned on for your account or be an Admin.

Requiring GPS Location will not allow an employee to clock in or out unless their phone's GPS is turned on and busybusy has been granted permission to use the employee's location.

How to Require GPS For a User:

  1. From your Main Menu, select Employees
  2. Select an employee
  3. Select the "Details" tab
  4. Select "Edit Details"
  5. Select "Required" in the drop down menu for GPS Location 
  6. Select "Save"

Android/iOS:

How to Require GPS For a User:

  1. From your Main Menu, select Employees
  2. Select an employee
  3. Select the Gear/Settings icon on the top right of screen
  4. Select "GPS Location" and change to Required
  5. Select "Save/Done"
