Decimal time is fairly common as it is easy to add and subtract times, thus making it frequently used in both accounting and time keeping solutions. Within busybusy we display hours and minutes, while any report you export shows in decimal format. These are in fact the same time. Please note that any time you add within busybusy should be added in the hours and minutes format. 

Converting the time can be confusing, but it doesn't have to be! Please see the below options.

You are welcome to use the chart above and similar charts can be found online. Or, you can convert the decimal time to your desired format in excel by dividing the time by 24 and then formatting the result. Please see this spreadsheet as an example.
