You may find after you edit and save some time entries, the totals aren’t adding up correctly. This may be due to the cache files in your web browser. Before clearing out your cache files, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
- First thing you can do is refresh your browser.
- If refreshing doesn’t work, go to that time entry in busybusy and make an edit to the start or stop time by one minute and save the entry.
- Refresh your web browser
- Check to see if the total updated
- If total did not update, we recommend that you clear you cache files from your web browser. There may be corrupt data saved.
- If this does not address the issue, please reach out to customer support to get this issue escalated for you.
