Note: If you try to add a manual time entry and get a message saying that the pay period is locked for any employee. Visit this article here to learn about Lock Dates and how to manage them.

Getting Started

There are two different ways to add manual time cards for employees. You can either add a single new time entry within the employee's Time Cards section or add multiple manual time cards for different employees at once. This is done from the Employee section. (Adding multiple manual time entries is only available from the ios and Android app.)

iPhone

Add a Single Manual Time Card

  1. From your Main Menu, go to Employees
  2. Select employee's name
  3. Select "Time Cards"
  4. Select the + icon at the top of the screen
  5. Select all the fields that may required (Project, Cost Codes, Description or Equipment if available)
  6. Adjust Start, Stop Time and you can also add a Break Time to this entry
  7. Select "Done"

Add Multiple Manual Time Cards

  1. From your Main Menu, go to Employees
  2. Select the Drop Down Menu (3 Dot icon)
  3. Select "New Time Entry"
  4. You can "Select All" or select each employee you will be adding this manual time entry for
  5. Select "Next"
  6. Select all the fields that may required (Project, Cost Codes, Description or Equipment if available)
  7. Adjust Start, Stop Time and you can also add a Break Time to this entry
  8. Select "Done"

Add a Single Manual Time Card

  1. From your Main Menu, go to Employees

  4. Select the blue + icon at the bottom right of the screen
  5. Select all the fields that may required (Project, Cost Codes, Description or Equipment if available)
  6. Adjust Start, Stop Time and you can also add a Break Time to this entry
  7. Select "Save"

Add Multiple Manual Time Cards

  1. From your Main Menu, go to Employees
  2. Select the Drop Down Menu (3 Dot icon)
  3. Select "New Time Entry"
  4. You can "Select All" or select each employee you will be adding this manual time entry for
  5. Select "Next"
  6. Select all the fields that may required (Project, Cost Codes, Description or Equipment if available)
  7. Adjust Start, Stop Time and you can also add a Break Time to this entry
  8. Select "Save"

Add a Single Manual Time Card

  1. From your Main Menu, go to Employees
  2. Select employee's name
  3. Select "Time Cards"
  4. Select the "Actions" tab on the right of the screen
  5. Select "New Time Entry"
  6. Adjust Start, Stop Time and you can also add a Break Time to this entry
  7. Select all the fields that may required (Project, Cost Codes, Description or Equipment if available)
  8. Select "Save" to add another one or "Save and Close" to close out the screen

Tip: You can also add a manual time entry for yourself from your Dashboard and jumping to step #4
