A time card will be ready to sign, when your organization's pay period has ended. In order to use the Time Card Signatures, you first need to enable them. Visit our article: Enable Time Card Signatures to learn how to active them.

Sign Your Time Card:

  1. From your dashboard, click on "Time Cards"
  2. Select "Pay Period"
  3. Use the Left arrow key to view previous pay periods
  4. Review hours are correct and click on "PRESS HERE TO SIGN"
  5. Sign time card with you finger and select "Accept"

Note: You CANNOT sign time card if you don't have service. Signatures won't work in offline mode. Its the only feature that requires connectivity.

Once you sign and save your time card, it will automatically sync back to the desktop platform.

  1. From your Main Menu, click on "Time Cards"
  2. Use the Left arrow key to view previous pay periods
  3. Review hours are correct and click on "PRESS HERE TO SIGN"
  4. Sign time card with you finger and select "Accept"

Tip: When you open the app after hard closing it, you will get a pop up message saying the your time card is ready to sign. You can click on "View" and the app will take you directly to step #3

  2. Select the blue "Sign" button on the pay period you need to sign
  3. Review hours are correct and select on "Click here to sign"
  4. Sign time card with your mouse/finger/trackpad and select "Accept"
