The default setting provides access to supervisors or managers, but not employees. **Custom permission levels can be set. (Pro Feature.)

Add a New Project

  1. Go to Projects from your Main Menu
  2. Click on the + icon next to All Projects
  3. Project Name field is only required (This is what the employees will see when selecting a project to clock into)
  4. Select "Done"

Note: The rest of the fields are optional and can be added at a later time in the project details.
**If address is added, employees can get driving direction with their driving map app.

Add a Subproject

  1. Go to Projects from your Main Menu
  2. Select a project you want to add a subproject to
  3. Select the + icon next to Project
  4. Subproject Name field is only required
  5. Select "Done"

Note: You can continue to add as many subprojects as you'd like. You can also keep adding subprojects inside of subprojects to get more analytical reports. You will be able to see reports that show the amount of time and $ have been spent on each project and all subprojects.
**You can also add Location Based Reminders/Geolocations to subprojects as well.
