Clock In:

  1. Select "Clock In"
  2. Select "Project"
  3. Select "Cost Code" and/or "Equipment" (if applicable)
  4. Select "Done" in upper right hand corner

Add Time Card Descriptions:

  1. Select "Description" (need to be clocked in)
  2. Enter notes
  3. Select "Done" in upper right hand corner 

Tip: Repeat steps 1 - 3 to add more notes to your time card throughout the day. Once clocked out, you cannot edit time entry notes unless you have permission to edit time entries.

Note: Every time you switch projects, cost codes, and/or equipment throughout the day, you will be able to add a new description to each new time entry. 

If your device has Speech to Text, you can speak your notes in when in Step #2

Start and End Break:

  1. To start break select "Go on Break" (need to be clocked in)
  2. To end break select "End Break"

Note: Break times are automatically deducted from daily totals.

Switch: Project, Cost Code, or Equipment:

  1. Select "Switch" (need to be clocked in)
  2. Select all/ones that apply: Project, Cost Code, or Equipment
  3. Select "Save" in upper right hand corner

Note: Once you switch, you will notice your timer will reset and begin counting from zero. Each time you switch or clock in, a new time entry is created for the day. Your total hours for the day should be shown below the main timer.
